Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming Specialist school in Salford, Eccles (M30).

Role:

Teaching Assistant

Location:

Salford, Eccles (M30)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay:

Up to £100 per day

Start Date:

ASAP - Potential for Long-Term Placement for the Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups.
2. Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
3. Helping students with their classwork and providing additional support where needed.
4. Offering encouragement and motivation to students.

What we're looking for:

1. A proactive and positive approach to supporting students and experience with working with SEN in some capacity.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
3. A commitment to providing excellent support to ensure student success.
4. Patience and ability to build rapport and work with varying levels of needs.
