121 Teaching Assistant - Primary Academy in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - Immediate Start - £90 to £100 per day - 121 & general TA work
Are you looking for an exciting chance to make a difference in the lives of children in EYFS and Year 1?
Can you contribute towards creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to help them flourish?
As a 121 teaching assistant, you will be providing one on one support with 2 children within Year 1 with EHCP's to help them achieve milestones and targets. You will work closely with the class teacher to tailor activities and resources to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside teachers to create tailored learning materials
- Cultivate a supportive and safe classroom atmosphere
- Provide personalised support to students on an individual basis
- Aid in implementing behaviour management strategies
- Identify areas of difficulty
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience with children is preferred
- Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
- Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
- Relationship builder committed to offering excellent support
- Actively involved in engaging with children
