We are seeking a seasoned IAM Specialist with expertise in IBM Verify to join our team and enhance our identity security framework.

Job Overview :

As a Senior IAM Specialist at Tech Mahindra, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of our IAM solutions, focusing on IBM Verify. You’ll develop secure authentication and authorization practices, enforce compliance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Deploy and manage the IBM Verify IAM platform, ensuring secure access across applications.
2. Implement SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID protocols, enabling seamless identity federation.
3. Develop IAM policies and frameworks to maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
4. Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and development teams to support IAM strategy.
5. Oversee IAM audits, incident management, and risk mitigation processes.
6. Track and improve IAM effectiveness using metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications :

1. 9+ years in software development with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Verify IAM.
3. In-depth experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID protocols.
4. Strong knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) and cloud-based identity solutions.
5. Proven experience in IAM governance, security best practices, and compliance.
