Overview: This food manufacturing business is a major player in their field and very successful in what they do. Working with the operations team, you will have experience within a training role in either food or FMCG manufacturing. You will have a strong knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and quality, and be able to demonstrate you have delivered workplace assessments and given observational feedback. Communication is key in this role as you will be working with people on the shop floor up to a senior level.

The Opportunity: This is your chance as Training Manager to be part of a food manufacturing business who are a major player in their sector and who supply the major retailers with their products. As Training Manager, you will work closely with all departments to design and implement training programmes, looking forward at building a training strategy across the site. Within this role, you will build a culture of continuous learning and ensure all employees are trained to operate to the standards required.
