The Job

1. Managing ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the perfect environment for their birds to thrive.
2. Keeping detailed and accurate records of bird health, food supplies and supplier interactions, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
3. Using your expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, especially when covering for the Farm Manager.

The Candidate

1. Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry.
2. Strong organisational skills.
3. Capable of working autonomously when required to cover the Farm Manager.
4. Excellent communicator.
