We are working with a well-regarded, market leading construction consultancy, specialising in data centre and pharmaceutical build projects. This consultancy pride themselves on providing a supportive environment through which to gain valuable industry experience and develop your career, locally and globally. Their reputation and relationships are paramount, so they are looking for a specialist Project Manager, with extensive experience in the pharma and/or data centre construction spaces.

For this role, you will:

• Oversee and manage high value construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget, to a high standard.
• Monitor, manage and record daily activity on site, tracking and reporting on issues as necessary.
• Support the Project Director with handovers, including providing all documentation to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Attend the sites regularly to keep an eye on progress and support the teams and ensure that safe working practices are being adhered to.
• Manage and communicate clearly and regularly with all internal and external stakeholders and contractors.
• Implement any processes to streamline activity, adapting as needed according to client requirements.
• Lead key meetings and collaborate with teams to address and provide solutions for any problems or issues that arise.

This role would suit you if you have:

• Project management experience
• A degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction
• A professional certification in project management
• Good attention to detail and an eye for quality
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• The ability to collaborate and excel with different teams
• Have a professional attitude, but also are able to manage and address issues effectively and with positivity
