Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Weymouth provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
