Are you a driven Private Client Legal Assistant with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the legal sector, looking for a new challenge with a prestigious Legal 500 firm?

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding administrative and organisational skills within a respected firm where your contributions will be valued. A solid understanding of wills and probate is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.

With client care at their core, the Firm comprises specialists with diverse expertise, drawn from top-tier UK firms, ensuring clients receive the highest quality advice. Understanding the intricacies of business, with many team members boasting hands-on experience in multi-million-pound companies, providing invaluable foresight and risk management skills.

What will be expected from you?
  1. Handling enquiries from clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties.
  2. Recording detailed attendance notes for all correspondence.
  3. Opening and closing files, keeping them up-to-date with both electronic and hard copy correspondence, while ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and firm standards.
  4. Providing administrative support, including tasks such as photocopying and scanning.
  5. Drafting basic letters and preparing/submitting simple legal documents.
  6. Completing legal forms, registering documents, and submitting applications to the Court.
  7. Managing contact lists and calendars for fee earners.
  8. Tracking and monitoring deadlines.
  9. Conducting searches and registering Wills with Certainty.
  10. Preparing and submitting bills to the finance team on behalf of fee earners.
  11. Creating Estate Accounts using Excel.
  12. Providing reception cover.
  13. Preparing and handling banking and post tasks.
Is this the position for you?
  1. A solid understanding of the daily functions of a legal office
  2. Strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  3. Familiarity with case management software
  4. Proficiency in English language
  5. Keen attention to detail
