Ezi Returns is an international enterprise offering a worldwide returns solution for online sellers who are involved in cross border trade. We are a registered business in the UK and work with key partners in 19 countries and growing.
Ezi Returns is looking to appoint a Head of Shipping Operations to be responsible for the overall shipping operations for the business. This will include developing the shipping and logistics operations for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness, as well as facilitating the launch of ‘Ezi Shipping’.
The successful applicant will be an important part of our small but dedicated staff team of 15 people who look after admin, day-to-day operations, customer service, and shipping, working with our warehouse partners and shipping providers around the world.

The role is varied and requires flexibility. It can be carried out on a remote working basis, although there will be a requirement for occasional travel to attend certain meetings, hub visits, or events as requested.

Location: Remote working, not location-specific.
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours can be arranged.
Holidays: 20 days holiday per year plus national bank/mandatory holidays.
Pension Scheme: Company contribution of 3% of qualifying earnings.
