Trainee Field Biomedical Engineer

Due to company growth, we are looking for a Trainee Field Engineer.

All training and Level 3 in Medical Equipment Technologies will be provided.

Person Specification

• Excellent customer service skills, organised, self-motivated with a great attention to detail
• Experience in fault finding, mechanical, electrical is advantageous but not essential
• Strong interest in engineering
• Full Clean UK Driving License (due to insurance min age 21)
• Please note, this role can be very physically demanding, and some heavy lifting may be required.
• Flexible, this role will involve some long journeys and overnight stays away from home.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Able to comprehend and implement the procedures and working practices
• Approachable, smart and acknowledge that the position is an ambassador for The Company
• Understanding of Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook would be helpful

Salary:

£30,000 (salary increase appropriate to your learning and promotion within the company)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of biomedical equipment in various settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize IT skills to manage documentation and report findings using Microsoft.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success.
