About the role:
Provision of support to the company Supply Chain team based in Inchinnan, this is a varied role best suited to those who enjoy a challenging, deadline orientated work environment.
You will assist Supply Chain, Stores, Quality and Accounts with queries relating to outstanding orders, non-conformance components and invoice queries.

Who are we looking for?
You will need strong communication skills with a willingness to take ownership and accountability of issues and make decisions.
A strong team-player, you will be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team structure, accept and understand management instruction, manage own timescales and specified timescales effectively.
You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks.
You will need to be focused on delivering to tight deadlines and changing requirements.
What do you need?
Proficient with MS Office with competent computer skills.
Standard Grade Level 3 or above, SVQ/HNC in Business Administration would be preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
This role is based in Inchinnan, Glasgow with a hybrid working pattern - x3 days a week in the office therefore, you will need to live within a commutable distance to this location.
