Are you a passionate and dynamic Geography teacher ready to inspire the next generation of explorers and environmental leaders?

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a very supportive secondary school based in Kingston who are looking for an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a vibrant school community from April 2025.

As a Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages KS3/KS4/KS5, encouraging a love for Geography while helping them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team of educators and be supported in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach Geography at Key Stage 3, 4 & 5
2. Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons.
3. Assess, track, and report on student progress.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum development.
6. Support students' well-being and academic growth.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
2. Has a strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
3. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Is dedicated to student success and well-being.
5. Is a team player, committed to contributing to the wider school community.
