Harnham is working with a high performing brand insights team within a world class research agency to find Client Directors to answer client questions and provide strong insights into their brands.
THE ROLE
In this role, the successful candidates will:
Speak with clients to understand their challenges, deliver insights, and report
Manage teams
Work with and coach internal teams, building on collaboration
Work on a range of projects according to client need, from CX research to creative testing
Dig through data and use Excel amongst other tools for data mining
Deliver brand tracking, brand health, and brand equity reports
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive quant research experience within the Brand space (6 years minimum)
A background in consultancy/strategy agencies
Good communication and time organization skills
Good data analysis skills - the ability to tell a story through data
