Senior Business Analyst - Technology Change - Remote working

A Senior Business Analyst with 10 years of experience as a BA in complex large-scale transformational change, digital transformation, process re-engineering/system implementation & understanding of how technology can drive business improvements is required by a leading law firm. This role can be 100% remote working!

If you have experience working for a law firm on digital transformation projects, then this would be a huge bonus. You need to know how technology can drive business improvements!

Experience required:

• At least 10+ years as a Business Analyst within the software development life cycle / digital transformation & large-scale business change projects
• Taking the lead on BA projects
• Ability to map out current processes and design future-state solutions that align with the strategic goals of the business
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software would be a bonus
• Have that mindset and practice agile methodology
• Be able to bring different areas of the business together, gather requirements and create the most viable technical solutions
• Be a critical thinker and challenge the norm
• Any experience working for a law firm in a BA role would be a bonus

This is a brand-new initiative that spans across multiple business areas, while leveraging cutting-edge technology, process optimisation, and innovative solutions to drive growth and excellence across the organisation. Large Scale Business Change project experience is needed but within a predominantly IT / technology environment & a consistent BA work history. You will look after several large projects, along with a few smaller change delivery ones within certain projects. You must be confident in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders in a Waterfall environment, so must be happy with that, however, will need an understanding of Agile too.

Any PM experience/qualifications is an advantage. Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) - not essential but keen to find someone who has an interest in obtaining this, which we may be able to support with for the right person.
