Vision for Education are recruiting for various Behaviour Support Assistants to work in various schools in Worthing and the surrounding areas.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be required to support in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils to manage their behaviour and support them with learning. Pupils are all aged 4-11 with some students having EHCPs for Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and/or Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH) as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for creating fun and engaging ways to support pupils and help them find school a safe, positive and enjoyable place to learn!
