About our client
Our client is a global investment fund focused on technology investments. Founded in Europe, the firm has scaled to multiple billions in AuM and 70+ professionals across their global offices. They have enjoyed a period of strong growth and are looking to hire a highly qualified Chief of Staff to accelerate this growth further as the main right-hand person to the Founder CEO and working closely with their broader Executive team.

The firm is looking to hire a Chief of Staff who will be based in one of their European offices in the UK or Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm and will suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven track record in a business management role, and an ability to work collaboratively with executive-level stakeholders.

What the job involves
As Chief of Staff, you will be a central and connecting figure in supporting the firm's growth, facilitating business operations by working directly with the executive team. Reporting to the CEO, this role will suit someone who can take a top-down view across multiple strategic projects as well as being able to zoom into more granular day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of the CEO and senior leadership
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Review, design, and execute improvements to organisational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
• Improve current processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Advise the Founder CEO on strategic topics as well as on external marketing and PR
