GetHarley is hiring for a Head of Pharmacy & Warehouse, reporting to the Director of Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take complete ownership of setting up a new pharmacy from scratch, ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless integration with our existing fulfilment processes.

Once established, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day pharmacy management, overseeing a team of pharmacists and warehouse staff, and driving continuous improvement in workflows, inventory management, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop our Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch
  • Gain approval to operate the pharmacy from the GPhC
  • Maintain compliance with GPhC regulations
  • Run the inbound/outbound logistics operation
  • Manage a small team of operations staff
Job Requirements
  • Be registered with the pharmacy regulator (GPhC)
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise
  • Have a passion for pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
  • Have a love of working collaboratively with a team-centred approach
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Excited by the prospect of establishing and running processes

The warehouse will be based in Milton Keynes or Northampton, but we have a Marylebone, London HQ which is open anytime you want to pop in.

Working Hours

This role is full-time (40 hours per week)
