About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Legal Executive to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to handle a diverse caseload, working on a variety of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and contractual disputes. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal support and representation to clients, ensuring the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence.
3. Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategy.
4. Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and other legal professionals.
5. Attending court hearings and case conferences as required.
6. Negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolution processes.
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal procedures and firm policies.

About You

1. A qualified Legal Executive (CILEx).
2. Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and relevant legislation.
3. Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6. Exceptional communication and client management skills.
