Learning Support Assistant

TA or LSA required - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire - Immediate start - Long term post with opportunity to become permanent - A warm and welcoming school with hardworking children - £95-100 per day.

Long term role starting either now or from January in either Key Stage 1 or 2

£95-100 per day pay rate

School located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to support young learners in the capacity of a Learning Support Assistant, working with the whole class or on a more one-to-one and intervention basis. The school prides itself on developing resilience and a love of learning for all pupils. The school extends learning out into the community to develop appreciation of each pupil's environment.

The school is passionate about creating learning opportunities outside of the classroom, utilizing their large outdoor spaces and encouraging all pupils to be innovative learners. Through the school's forest school, all pupils are offered rich learning opportunities.

This role is perfect for those who have experience as a TA/LSA and would like a different challenge or those considering a career in education who would like to gain some practical, class-based experience.

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant role:

  1. Good educational background and a passion for supporting Primary aged learners
  2. Advantage to hold a degree and/or CACHE Level 3 but will consider those without
  3. Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm
  4. Keen to commit to a long-term role or become a permanent staff member
  5. Keen to take on training and development provided by the agency and school
