Property Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to support a team of Commercial Property Managers at our head office in Manchester. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is well organised and works well under pressure. The role is office based, Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm).

Role includes but is not limited to the following:

• Working closely with the Commercial team's property/building managers to assist with general administrative tasks and filing.
• Assisting with maintaining and auditing records, including Tenancy Schedules and compliance schedules.
• Assisting with the management of annual work permits, RAMS and insurance status of contractors (per asset).
• Assisting with tenant queries and complaints.
• Processing of all Purchase Orders for the team.
• Raising cheque requests/credit notes.
• Liaising with accounts and suppliers regarding supplier queries.
• Assisting property management with recharges to tenants.
