Job description

Paying up to £55,000 plus bonus potential and benefits. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)

A successful West London property company is looking for an experienced HR Advisor/HR Manager to join their team. The role will report into the Finance Director but will have HR support from the organisation's parent company. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 30 staff:

  1. HR operations
  2. Employee engagement projects
  3. HRIS implementation
  4. Collating payroll information for outsourced provider
  5. Employee relations
  6. Recruitment

To be considered suitable, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  1. HR experience within an SME environment
  2. Strong hands-on experience across HR operations
  3. Enthusiastic personality
  4. Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
  5. Experience with HRIS, ideally some experience in supporting system implementations
  6. Ideally some experience with TUPE/redundancy process
