Project Manager / Senior Associate - Project Management Consultancy


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Associate to join our client's consultancy team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects in the Higher Education, Life Sciences, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in construction project management consultancy or Employers Agent experience to take their career to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects within the consultancy sector.
  2. Work on commercial projects such as schools, universities, life sciences, and manufacturing facilities.
  3. Oversee project delivery, contract administration, and ensure financial/commercial awareness.
  4. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Requirements:

  1. Degree in a relevant engineering or project management discipline.
  2. Extensive experience in project management or Employers Agent roles within construction consultancy.
  3. Proven leadership experience on projects in commercial sectors.
  4. Proficiency in MS Project (essential).
  5. Ideally hold one or more professional certifications: MRICS, MIOB, APMP, or Prince 2.
