The Director of Sales & Marketing role is the commercial leadership position and a senior leader within the Executive Committee of the hotel. This role is responsible for direct oversight of driving topline revenue performance for the business and for developing and being able to articulate the strategic business plans and revenue generating programs for the hotel to maximise returns and establish Cambridge House as a leading hotel in the market. This role will be responsible for delivering sales goals for all segments (Entertainment & Leisure, Business & Corporate, Group & Events) by building and deploying a high-calibre sales team with an effective sales strategy for key source markets.
