Job description

Brookstreet UK Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Help Desk Service Controller based in East Belfast.

The role:
  • Working in a dynamic department and key to the smooth running of the company, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of day to day activities within the service department.
  • The role involves receiving customer support requests, dispatching calls to our team of field-based engineers and related administrative work.
Skills/Attributes:
  • A background in customer service.
  • An ability to work well within a busy team environment.
  • Good organisational skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • IT literate with good keyboard skills.
Qualification/Experience:

Previous experience of a similar role would be preferably, but not essential, as full training will be provided. Good numeracy and literacy skills, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.

8:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, lunch 13:00 to 13:45.

Hourly rate of £12.50 p/h.
