About the Role
A leading technology consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead & Project Manager to drive the successful implementation of SAP solutions as part of a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on project delivery to ensure business objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between business and IT teams, managing integration efforts, coordinating change management, and ensuring that the implementation aligns with strategic goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, oversee third-party system integrators, and lead governance processes to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Scope Management
  Develop and execute an ERP implementation plan aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the stage gate process, ensuring all documentation is approved on time.
• Implement change control procedures to manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the primary IT/business contact, ensuring smooth integration across systems.
• Lead integration efforts for non-ERP financial tools, such as reporting systems, treasury, budgeting, and tax applications.

• Stakeholder Engagement
  Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to address financial and operational impacts.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for Steering Committee and leadership meetings.
• Manage expectations across multiple business units and align priorities with key stakeholders.

• Program Monitoring & Reporting
  Lead work planning, prioritization, and execution for SAP implementation.
• Develop integrated program plans covering SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth data migration and validation.
• Provide regular project updates, including risk assessments, dependencies, and change management insights.

• Execution & Governance
  Ensure adherence to PMO processes and maintain documentation consistency.
• Manage program roadmaps, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Support leadership with well-structured updates to facilitate effective decision-making.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an SAP Functional Lead/Project Manager in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Strong background in SAP implementation, business process reengineering, and integration with financial tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Experience managing third-party system integrators and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, change management, and governance expertise.
