My client, an engineering company based in Worcester, is looking to recruit a Trainee CNC Operator on a Temp to Perm or Permanent basis, depending on your availability.

The shift times required to cover are - Working 4 days - Mon-Thurs, (Apply online only) and (Apply online only), rotating shift.

The main requirements for the role include:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or some experience with CNC Machines within an Engineering environment.
A passion for Engineering.
A willingness to be trained in a professional and supportive environment.
Willing to adhere to Health and Safety rules at all times.
A strong team player.

The pay-rate is based on a starting salary of £26,000 which will increase to £28,000 when you complete your probationary period.
