A growing biotech company, based in Cambridge, is currently developing its commercial strategy after successfully securing funding to ensure long-term operations. They are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for new products and services in the biotech, life sciences, or scientific sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating brand awareness through direct marketing plans and collaboration with external agencies.
2. Working independently initially, with opportunities to build and lead a team as the company expands.
3. Traveling approximately 25-50% of the time for domestic and international trips to meet clients, liaise with agencies, and attend industry conferences.

Qualifications:

1. Several years of experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, or scientific fields.
2. Extensive experience in marketing roles within these sectors is more valuable than formal education.
