We’re seeking a Technical Coordinator to play a crucial role in project delivery, ensuring that designs are coordinated, compliant, and efficiently managed. The role
  • Supporting Technical Managers in the coordination and delivery of projects.
  • Checking and processing consultant and contractor drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Issuing drawings and construction information using the correct protocols.
  • Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities to obtain approvals and resolve queries.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Preparing and monitoring technical specifications, conveyance plans, and brochure plans.
  • Collaborating with Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Assisting in the appointment and management of external design consultants.
  • Monitoring consultant design information against project timelines.
  • Supporting the preparation of key documentation for sales, legal, and marketing purposes.
  • Keeping up to date with industry innovation and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Experience required
  • A background in construction, engineering, or architecture with technical expertise in at least one.
  • Passion for design and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions.
