Are you an experienced Production Assembler looking for an opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team, assembling high-quality mechanical and electrical products to precise technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build mechanical and electrical assemblies following technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
2. Upgrade and repair mechanical and electrical assemblies as needed.
3. Perform mechanical assembly work, including working with fans, motors, and heaters.
4. Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment such as torque drivers, crimping tools, micrometers, and verniers.
5. Solder small components and conduct mechanical and electrical testing, including flash, resistance, and inductance tests.
6. Ensure all products meet quality standards and adhere to manufacturing procedures.
7. Complete all relevant documentation and maintain accurate records.
8. Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and visitors as required.
9. Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
10. Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and use PPE where required.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Production Assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.
2. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
3. Skilled in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, tweezers, screwdrivers, and Swiss files.
4. Experience with machine operations, including lathes and drills (brazing experience is desirable).
5. Strong soldering skills and experience assembling small components.
6. Excellent attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to work to tight tolerances.
7. Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
