Job Title: FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Wrexham

Pay Rate: £14.15 per hour

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts from 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose: The main purpose of this role is to line feed and kit jobs for production, ensuring that kits are created and delivered to the correct locations in a timely and efficient manner.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Pick and create kits for jobs according to the pick screens.
2. Deliver kits to site at the requested times.
3. Liaise with on-site colleagues to ensure kits are delivered line-side in a timely manner.
4. QA check all kits before dispatching them to the customer.
5. Follow goods-in procedures when offloading deliveries.
6. Report all damages and anomalies on goods in/storage to the Contract Supervisor.
7. Ensure to arrive at work on time, wearing the correct uniform and PPE as specified by the customer.
8. Perform pre-shift checks on FLTs to ensure they are in the correct and safe working condition.
9. Attend the daily 2pm shift meeting.
10. Carry out any other activities required in the warehouse.
11. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace while prioritizing Health & Safety.
12. Drive the company vehicle to the customer site as required.
13. Work as part of a team and support colleagues.
14. Check handover for any specific or urgent tasks.

Weekly Responsibilities:

1. Ensure contracted hours are fulfilled at the correct times.
2. Keep FLTs and company vehicles clean, tidy, and free from debris.

3. Approachable and accommodating when dealing with customers.
4. Adaptable to change and willing to work alongside the customer.
5. Punctual with an excellent attendance record.
6. Accurate data entry skills.
7. Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
8. Valid Counterbalance FLT license (desirable).
9. Valid Pivot Steer FLT license (desirable).
10. Organized and proactive.
