Job type: Permanent
Salary: up to £32,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, full-time
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

NXT is proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning business as we recruit for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional business-to-business customer service.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record who is eager to learn and develop their career.

Key duties will include:

  • Delivering an efficient and professional service by processing orders and new enquiries
  • Nurturing robust relationships with existing partners
  • Reaching out to both new and current clients and creating new opportunities
  • Examining past orders to strategise and predict customer requirements
  • Maintaining a record of interactions and orders on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team with the execution of upselling
