Location: Crawley
Salary: £12 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: Day shift and Late shift available

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our leading client's team, specialising in the manufacture of high-security products. This is a hands-on fabrication role where you will work from detailed technical drawings, assembling products to precise customer specifications. You will play a key role within the welding & fabrication department ensuring the products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Weld, Fabricate & Manufacture high-security products from detailed engineering drawings
2. Work as part of a team to complete projects to customer specifications
3. Inspect your own work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
4. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
5. Identify and report any production issues to the supervisor promptly

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding
2. Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings
3. Background in an engineering or fabrication environment preferred
4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect and maintain the quality of your own work
5. A methodical and organised approach to tasks
