Duties:

1. Greet guests warmly, take orders, process payments, and address customer concerns promptly.
2. Operate cash registers efficiently and utilize suggestive-selling techniques to enhance sales.
3. Ensure accuracy in fulfilling guests' orders.
4. Prepare and package food and beverages according to company standards.
5. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, counters, and dining spaces.
6. Uphold Health and Safety regulations within the workplace.
7. Assist in unloading and stocking inventory as required.
8. Perform tasks across various workstations such as front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, etc.
9. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines set by Burger King.
10. Collaborate with team members to resolve any operational issues.
11. Develop teamwork skills to achieve common goals effectively.
12. Address guests' needs professionally and courteously.
13. Engage positively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
