Job Description
Manage and supervise a small finance team
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on financial matters.
Provide monthly P&L's, income and expenditure forecast against actual
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
A degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
