• In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting educational excellence, improving patient care standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• As a Practice Facilitator in the Children and Young Person Emergency Department, you will play a pivotal role in promoting educational excellence and enhancing patient care.

• You will collaborate with the ED multidisciplinary team to integrate education into the department’s core philosophy.

• Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading educational activities for staff, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and standards.

• You will actively contribute to improving patient experiences and care standards while participating in national and corporate projects aimed at driving healthcare improvement.

• Additionally, you will demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development, support the growth of clinical practice among colleagues, and engage as a collaborative member of the Practice Educator’s Forum, sharing best practices to enhance healthcare education and delivery.
