We are currently seeking an experienced transactional banking lawyer to join Transaction Management as an Associate Director. The successful applicant will be involved with all aspects of the documentation process for corporate loan transactions (typically ranging from £10m to £750m). You will also be required to run multiple loan processes enabling you to gain a better understanding of the latest market trends.
From early stage documentation (such as term sheets) through to the negotiation of key finance documents (such as facility agreements), an Associate Director will be working closely with our top UK CMB clients and key internal stakeholders such as Coverage, Origination and Sustainable Finance, whilst also being the main point of contact for external lender counsel ensuring the successful completion of the relevant loan transaction within the requisite timeframes.
This role also offers candidates an opportunity to negotiate certain key commercial terms and other legal aspects within facility agreements more broadly whilst also providing you with an excellent opportunity to build out your professional network (internally and externally).
