Job description

We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager within a rapidly growing and innovative real estate organisation. Our client is a real estate owner, developer that specialises in residential, commercial, hotel, and leisure asset classes and has in excess of GBP4bn AUM.

Key Responsibilities


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Oversee compliance in engineering, health and safety, and fire safety
  • Manage risk assessments, including fire and H&S
  • Ensure adherence to fire safety standards and regulations

Facilities Management:

  • Identify and oversee the delivery of capex projects, both minor and major
  • Develop and manage a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
  • Conduct regular inspections, addressing major issues as they arise
  • Drive continuous improvements in FM operations

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management or a related role
  • Proficiency in technical and engineering operations, as well as FM best practices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g., Certified Facility Manager CFM) is advantageous
