Trainee Paintshop Operative

Job: Trainee Paintshop Operative
Contract: Permanent
Based: Ashford
Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays where required

Channel Commercials PLC is a leading commercial vehicle dealer providing sales, parts and servicing for DAF Trucks and light commercial vehicles and vans in the South-East.

We have a vacancy for a Trainee Paintshop Operative at our Ashford depot. The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the paint process for commercial vehicles from stripping, preparing, and fitting, to painting and finishing.

Full training will be given.

This role involves working at height and manoeuvring around and under commercial vehicles.
