Site Supervisor / Foreman

Access have partnered up with a Tier 2 contractor who are expanding their Civil’s team due to sustained success leading to new contracts opening in the Southeast of England. Our client is searching for a Site Foreman who has experience in highways or Civils projects. Our client has extensive experience in the civil engineering sector and is a trusted contractor throughout the South of England.

The successful applicant will take a lead on multiple contracts around the Southeast London area. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives and supervising work packages to support the delivery of wider projects. This includes maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and environmental control. You will be expected to exemplify the highest standards of leadership when implementing procedures and best practices. Projects will vary from drainage, S278, blacktop, street lighting, highway maintenance, or structures. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with experience in the project types mentioned.

• Experience working in a multitude of different projects such as: Highways, Structures, and Groundworks
• Temp Works
• SSSTS
• Right to live & work in the UK
• Full UK Driver’s License (Clean)
