We are looking for an experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store in Kilbarchan.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

Being an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Having a ‘can do’ attitude and valuing being part of a successful team.
Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
Making sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
Helping the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
Completing stock-checks daily, weekly, and monthly.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in till operations and competence in all aspects of cash handling.
Ability to manage small teams, take ownership of your role, and motivate others.
The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Good communication, computer knowledge, and numeracy skills are desirable.
