Stock and Planning Coordinator – Fresh Produce

We currently offer a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, who are at the forefront of their product categories within the industry, supplying UK Retailers with the best produce from Worldwide Growers. Due to continued success, we are delighted to offer the opportunity of Stock and Planning Coordinator to join the team.

Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure the smooth supply of Fresh Produce across 7 days a week, the position of Stock and Planning Coordinator will report to the Supply Chain team and will work closely with colleagues becoming fundamental in the success of fresh produce product supply to key retail customers.

Main Responsibilities

1. Data Input: Manage the input of production runs and sales allocations from 3rd party providers into PR3.
2. Reconciliation: Reconcile production figures and handle stock reconciliation within the PR3 system.
3. Invoice Management: Check, process, and sign off invoices to ensure accuracy.
4. Order Processing: Process and allocate sales orders efficiently.
5. Production Planning: Assist in planning production runs to ensure optimal resource use and timely product delivery.
6. Administrative Support: Assist in collating production and sales quantities/values and handle general administrative tasks.
7. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with both suppliers and customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience within a similar key support role, with exposure to ERP systems, ideally Rubicon or Prophet.
• Stock Planning and Supply Chain experience within Fresh Produce is essential.
• Attention to detail, with excellent IT and numeracy skills; Microsoft, Excel.
• Confident ability to work with all colleagues at all levels positively.

Salary: up to £40k
Location: Kent
Hours: This role will work Monday to Friday, however flexibility is key as there will be the need to cover weekend working once a month.
