Job Title: CNC Miller (Semi-Skilled or Skilled)

Location: Thetford

Salary & Benefits:

Shift Pattern: 39 hrs a week M-T 8-4.30 Fri 8-3.30

Family run business with great progression. This role has become available due to internal progression. The business is solvent and has growth plans in place, with lots of work and big growth plans for 2024. Producing components for big global clients in the Oil & Gas industry.

As a family-run business, we offer a free car park on-site and huge growth potential to work up the ladder. The option of overtime is available at time and a half.

Responsibilities:

1. CNC Semi-skilled or Skilled machine operation
2. Assist the CNC turner
3. Run 3, 4, 5 axis machines

Key employee qualities include being hard working, reliable, willing to learn, and having a positive work attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CNC Miller experience preferred
2. Able to commute to site (driving required)
3. Some machine shop experience
4. Availability to start ASAP

Interviews will be conducted on-site in person, including a tour of the production area and a Q&A session. If you are experienced and wish to demonstrate your machine operation skills, you may do so, and we are also happy to arrange a day on-site if desired.
