Salary: £26,421 basic (£32,482 with Secure Allowance)

Hours: Average 37 hours per week (early/late shifts & sleep-ins)

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Creating a caring and stimulating space for young people
2. Building trusting relationships and understanding their unique needs
3. Supporting day-to-day care, emotional well-being, and education
4. Managing behaviours and developing positive strategies
5. Organizing fun and meaningful activities to enrich their lives

What You Need:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience working with young people
2. Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent preferred)
3. A resilient, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
5. Strong verbal & written communication skills
