We are assisting a specialist law firm in their search for a Family Legal Assistant to join their expanding Family department in the Sutton Coldfield office. This role involves supporting the Family Solicitor with administrative tasks while delivering exceptional client care. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with Family Law experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Family Solicitor in expanding the department and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Draft letters, emails, and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Manage the diary, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are met.
  • Handle new client enquiries, assess initial circumstances, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a record of all enquiries to support marketing efforts and departmental growth.
  • Respond to client telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare court bundles and other necessary documentation.
  • Undertake secretarial and administrative duties as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Draft court forms and legal documents as instructed.

What we need from you:
