Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Prepare VAT returns and assist with audits.
Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role (1–2 years preferred).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage Intact, Xero).
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel & formulas.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
AAT qualification or studying towards an accounting certification (desirable but not essential).
