Exposure to FxSpotStream, Bloomberg, Jira, Confluence

Job Responsibilities

Ensuring the stability of trading systems through proactive and reactive monitoring, resolving issues efficiently
Providing technological support on our in-house and third-party trading tools
Onboarding new markets and new execution venues
Assisting traders with trade-related queries and issues
Providing effective communication of critical market events to colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
Working in shift patterns plus occasional on-call night support
