HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC - Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a full-time, fixed term basis. This contract will be for approx. 12 - 14 months.

You will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of this organisation as they continue to be a leader in their industry.

Our client is open to candidates who are interested in a full-time or condensed week.

The role:

As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and play a crucial role in supporting the central functions of the business and driving international success.

The main responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR procedures, policies, and provide daily guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with the leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive start to their journey.
  • Identify the need for HR frameworks and tools to enhance business performance.
  • Analyse HR data to uncover key insights, diagnose challenges, and drive engagement and productivity improvements.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Champion wellbeing, equity, and EDI&B initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
The ideal candidate:
  • Third level qualification in HR or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in facilitating employment engagement, performance management, succession planning.
  • Experience of managing the full employee relations remit.
