This is a remote role that will require occasional travel when required.

The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant, within our Tribal Dynamics team, you will play a key role in this mission by supporting and empowering our education customers to make the most of their Dynamics CRM system and focus on achieving the best outcomes for their students. You will provide outstanding application and technical support to users of our CRM Dynamics solutions.

Position: Customer Support Consultant

Salary: £26,500 to £30,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote, UK

Main Duties

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an outstanding level of service to every customer.
  • Establishing robust relationships with key customers at various levels within the organizations. Acting as the main point of escalation throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Addressing customer queries, service requests, and Calls to Action by offering best practice advice and directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Managing customer incidents efficiently and professionally through our case management system.
  • Keeping precise records of customer interactions and ensuring investigations and resolutions meet existing SLA and KPI targets.

Qualifications

The Person:

  • Two key attributes help to make a great Customer Support Consultant: a passion for technology, and a passion for providing great customer service.
  • We want to see someone with strong customer service experience and the willingness and drive to develop a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • As you grow into the role, you will expand your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, opening a range of opportunities to develop your knowledge of a market leading technology.
