Job Summary:
Behaviour Mentor required for an SEMH School in Hackney to provide 1:1 intervention and support students with ASD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. This is a long-term role with potential extension from September 2025.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary SEMH school in Hackney. In this role, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for students with challenging behaviour, SEMH, and ADHD.
- Assist students both in the classroom and during unstructured times to manage behaviour and support their learning.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to implement strategies that improve students' engagement and progress.
- Physical Intervention training is highly desirable for this position.
