Youth Support Worker - Secure Care Specialist
Location: Glinton, Peterborough
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (including shift allowance)

What You'll Be Doing:


  1. Providing Compassionate Care - Support and guide young residents with personalised care, helping them through daily challenges.
  2. Being a Positive Role Model - Inspire young people as you advocate for their growth and development, encouraging them to reach their potential.
  3. Team Collaboration - Work with a dedicated, close-knit team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each young person in your care.

  2. Strong Communication Skills - You'll be building meaningful relationships with young people and your team.
  3. Flexibility - Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
  4. Physical Fitness - Ready to get involved in fun, active activities with young people.
  5. Over the Age of 21 - Due to the nature of the role.
  6. Experience/Knowledge - Experience in child protection or knowledge of child development is a bonus, but not a must.
